These terms apply when you contact Huber Landscape Contractors Inc, request or receive service from us, or exchange messages with us. If you do not agree with them, please do not use our services.
A service request, a booking or an estimate is not a contract until we confirm it. Appointment windows are estimates: parts availability, weather and emergency calls can move a scheduled time, and we will tell you when that happens.
Estimates are based on the condition of the equipment as found and the scope described at the time. If we discover additional work is needed, we will tell you and get your approval before doing it. Estimates are valid for the period stated on them.
Payment is due on the terms stated on your invoice. Any warranty we offer on parts or labor is set out in the paperwork for that job, and applies only to the work described there.

You agree to provide safe access to the equipment being serviced, and to tell us about hazards we could not reasonably be expected to know about. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or for damage arising from undisclosed hazards.
Except as expressly stated in writing for a particular job, our services are provided without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of the services is limited to the amount you paid us for the work in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
We may update these terms. The current version is always the one published at this address.
