Text Messaging Terms

These terms describe the text messaging program operated by Huber Landscape Contractors Inc.

What we send

Messages relate to service you have asked us for, or to your existing account with us:

• Confirming an appointment and reminding you before a technician arrives.
• Responding when you request service or when we miss your call.
• Following up on an estimate we have given you.
• Letting you know about an opening if an appointment you wanted was unavailable, or rescheduling one that has changed.

How you are enrolled

We message the mobile number you gave us when you contacted us, requested service or booked an appointment. We do not buy phone numbers and we do not message people who have not contacted us.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your service activity — typically a small number of messages around each appointment or estimate.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting you. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and nothing after that. You can still call us, and opting out of texts does not affect your service.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier's network and your handset.
